For the Love of Los Angeles
Los Angeles is more than just where I live—it’s my home and has become a part of my heart. When I moved here from Oakland in 2021, I found a community, expanded my family, and planted roots in this beautiful city. The recent fires have devastated so many here, leaving families displaced, grieving, and in need of immediate support.
I’m committed to stepping in where I can.
Through Nurture & Flow and my non-profit, Birth Ruckus, we’re offering birth and community support at no cost to those impacted by the fires:
📚 Weekly Childbirth Education + Doula Support
We’re helping expectant families feel prepared and confident for labor and delivery. These sessions covers pain management techniques, key resources for navigating birth in LA, and everything needed to approach childbirth with calm and clarity. Every Wednesday at 6pm.🌟 Essentials Package
Each package is filled with postpartum supplies, breastfeeding essentials if needed, and items for new babies to help families get through the critical weeks after birth.
This is deeply personal for me. I just gave birth to my son Zimri in November, and I know firsthand how uncertain and overwhelming this moment can feel—even without a crisis. I’m asking for your help to make sure these families feel the love, care, and support that defines this city. Together, we can help rebuild hope and provide comfort when it’s needed most.
In love and solidarity,
